Krachel and Natalia are back from fall break and have lots to catch up on. Krachel surprises Natalia with the kind note a quilting fan left on Facebook, and Natalia recalls her own start in the quilting industry. This week commemorates National First Responders Day, a day we can all pay tribute to those who serve and protect our freedom and our rights. Krachel recalls an experience she had while shadowing local Search & Rescue volunteers in the search for a missing hunter, and then the ladies introduce Jessica Bloomberg, a Stamford police officer who is using her own quilting skills to pay it forward.
